Laney is a birth and postpartum doula, trained yoga instructor and women’s circle facilitator living in Sonoma County, California.

She began her study of nutrition at fifteen when she was diagnosed with an illness that could be helped by diet and lifestyle changes. Thus began a deep dive into modalities such as naturopathy, ayurveda, yoga, and eventually acupuncture, herbalism, meditation and clairvoyance.
She began studying yoga in college and went on to complete 400 hours of ashtanga & vinyasa training in first Bali, Indonesia (2018) and then Koh Samui, Thailand (2022) as well as an herbalism intensive in Costa Rica (2021).
She has since moved back to the land in northern California from Los Angeles where she owned a clothing company for more than 10 years. She is skilled in intuitive business growth and originated her first women’s intuitive business sharing circle in 2014.
Living in southern California left her feeling empty and devoid of connection. Craving community and depth, she and her husband journeyed north to Sonoma County where they bought land and where she began her work in service to women, birth and re-villaging.
